This week
Hello My Loves!
I first want to start this newsletter with an apology. I missed my Friday post, and for that, I am sorry.
This past Friday, I had the privilege of attending my son's high school graduation. And yes, I cried like a baby.
As parents, we spend years watching our children grow, guiding them through life's challenges, celebrating their accomplishments, and helping them navigate the ups and downs along the way. Then suddenly, what feels like the blink of an eye arrives, and you're sitting in a crowd watching them walk across a stage into the next chapter of their lives.
I made the conscious decision to step away for the day and fully embrace the moment. I allowed myself to be present, to soak in every emotion, every memory, every smile, and every tear. It was one of those rare moments in life that reminds us how precious time truly is.
As I sat there reflecting on his journey, I couldn't help but think about how quickly life moves. We become so focused on schedules, responsibilities, deadlines, and obligations that sometimes we forget to pause and appreciate the milestones unfolding right in front of us.
Friday was a reminder for me to do exactly that—to slow down, be present, and cherish a moment that I will carry with me forever.
With that, I decided to start this weeks Newsletter with us reflecting so that you too may take those moments, and allow your path the potential to SHIFT…
"Let's utilize that blank page, that blank canvas to rewrite our story, to paint a beautiful day."
Reflections:
The Blank Sheet of Paper…

Every day you wake up is a new day. I always refer to it as a blank page—a fresh opportunity to begin again. It's a choice to start over, correct mistakes, improve yourself, and move forward with purpose.
Yes, we often carry yesterday's issues with us, and unfinished tasks from the day before become part of today's responsibilities. But overall, each morning gives us a chance to write a new chapter. We are not defined by what happened yesterday; we are defined by what we choose to do today.
Many people did not receive the privilege of seeing another sunrise. Have you stopped to think about that? Can you imagine how many people woke up today to heartbreaking news? How many are mourning the loss of a loved one, sitting beside a hospital bed, or preparing to say goodbye to someone they cherish?
How fortunate are we to be given another day?
Let's not take this gift of life for granted. Let's not allow stress, worry, or life's challenges to consume us so completely that we forget to be thankful for the simple blessing of still being here. No matter what difficulties stand before us, we have another chance to face them, overcome them, and grow through them.
So let's make the most of that blank page, that empty canvas. Let's rewrite our story if needed. Let's paint a beautiful day filled with gratitude, purpose, kindness, and hope. Because today is a gift, and what we create with it is entirely up to us.
My Favorite Go-To’s

Live Your Life For YOU.
Don't allow the outside noise to take control of your mind, your emotions, your energy, or your peace. Don't allow it to diminish the beautiful person you are or the beautiful heart and soul you possess.
Whether you've experienced trauma, loss, heartbreak, disappointment, or simply life's unfortunate circumstances, remember this: those moments may shape you, they may strengthen you, and they may teach you valuable lessons—but they do not define you.
You are unique. You are worthy. You are an amazing person with gifts, talents, and a purpose that only you can bring into this world. Otherwise, you would not be here.
Be proud of yourself.
Be proud because you survived everything that tried to break you. Be proud because you're still standing. Be proud because despite the pain, the setbacks, and the tears, you kept going.
And that's exactly what I tell everyone I know:
KEEP GOING.
Push through the pain. Step outside and soak in the warmth of the sun. Walk barefoot along the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Let the cool water wash over your toes. Sit quietly and stare out at the endless ocean.
Close your eyes for a moment.
Feel the wind against your face. Inhale the scent of the salt water. Listen to the rhythm of the waves as they crash against the shore. Let yourself be present. Let yourself breathe. Let yourself feel alive.
In those moments, you'll remember that life is still beautiful. That there is still peace to be found. That there is still joy waiting for you.
No matter what you've been through, no matter what you're facing today, don't give up on yourself.
Your story isn't over.
In fact, some of the most beautiful chapters may still be waiting to be written.

As I close today's newsletter, I leave you with this:
Take a moment this week to slow down. Put the phone down. Step away from the noise. Hug your loved ones a little tighter. Tell the people you care about that you love them. Watch the sunset. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Take a walk. Breathe.
Most importantly, be present.
Every day you wake up is a gift. A blank page waiting to be written. A new opportunity to create memories, learn lessons, grow, forgive, love, and live.
Don't allow stress, negativity, or the opinions of others to steal the beauty of today. Protect your peace. Guard your energy. Choose joy whenever possible.
And if you're facing challenges right now, remember what I always say:
KEEP GOING.
You have survived every difficult day that has come your way so far. You are stronger than you realize, more resilient than you give yourself credit for, and your story is far from over.
Go write a beautiful chapter this week.
Until next time.
